Manager of Billing Operations

• Oversee day-to-day billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive collections strategy through proactive outreach, including phone calls and email escalations, to recover overdue funds.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, and Accounting to resolve billing issues and streamline workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements to fix root-cause billing inefficiencies.

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or corporate collections.
• Strong communication skills with comfort performing direct customer outreach for collections.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to resolve complex billing challenges.
• Systems-thinking mindset with desire to streamline workflows and fix operational errors.
