  • Design and optimize CS infrastructure including business reviews, mutual success plans, and client health scoring models.
  • Own a small portfolio of strategic accounts, driving adoption, retention, and executive-level engagements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of Client Success or Account Management experience in a SaaS or digital technology environment.
  • Proven people management experience leading teams of 3+ individuals with active coaching.
  • Deep experience building or iterating on Mutual Success Plans, customer journey maps, and business review frameworks.
  • Data-informed strategist proficient in product usage analytics and health metrics.
