Manager, Billing & Revenue Operations

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms, pricing structures, and booking policies.
• Lead month-end close activities for revenue accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ASC 606 contract analyses.
• Drive process optimization and automation across billing, AR, and revenue workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

By ensuring accurate and compliant billing and revenue processes, this role enables Recorded Future to scale its intelligence services efficiently, supporting clients in making informed security decisions that protect organizations and society from cyber threats.

• 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong Order to Cash and Revenue Accounting experience, with proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives; strong analytical and communication skills.

Base salary range: $108,000–$162,000 USD. Eligible for incentive compensation, equity, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Remote role with East Coast working hours.
