Senior Staff AI & Agentic Systems Engineer

• Architect and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks and orchestration layers for AI agent systems.
• Balance rapid prototyping with long-term architectural sustainability.
• Integrate and optimize commercial and open-source LLMs for specific agentic behaviors.
• Drive evaluation frameworks for benchmarking and improving agent reliability and performance.

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping complex systems from scratch.
• 2+ years of direct production experience building autonomous workflows and agentic systems.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Proficiency in Python or Go, with strong distributed backend systems knowledge.
