What you will drive
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and emotional support to individuals experiencing domestic violence.
- Coordinate referrals to external providers including shelters, counseling, legal services, medical care, and social services.
- Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement, courts, healthcare providers, and community organizations to improve coordinated responses.
- Lead or support case management activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with confidentiality laws.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- One (1) year of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or related crisis intervention programs including CES and Homeless services.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and ethical boundaries.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage.
