Domestic Violence Coordinator (JR 5533)

• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and emotional support to individuals experiencing domestic violence.
• Coordinate referrals to external providers including shelters, counseling, legal services, medical care, and social services.
• Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement, courts, healthcare providers, and community organizations to improve coordinated responses.
• Lead or support case management activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with confidentiality laws.

This role directly supports individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, helping them achieve safety and stability, and contributes to ending homelessness through coordinated services.

• One (1) year of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or related crisis intervention programs including CES and Homeless services.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and ethical boundaries.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage.
