Associate Director of Facilities & Safety (5700)

• Oversee portfolio-level facilities performance, regional leadership, asset management, and safety governance across the organization.
• Establish operational standards, drive consistency across sites, and ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Serve as Safety Co-Chair for the entire organization, ensuring adherence to life safety, OSHA, CARF, and other regulatory standards.

This role ensures safe, compliant, and well-maintained facilities for PATH's homelessness services, directly supporting the organization's mission to assist people experiencing homelessness and create positive change in their lives.

• Five (5) years of experience managing and scaling facilities operations across large, multi-site portfolios, with at least three (3) years of direct leadership of managers or regional teams.
• One (1) year of facilities experience within a medical, hospital, or mental health setting.
• Certification in Life Safety, Fire Safety, or Environmental Safety, or licensure as a General Contractor (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field (preferred).
