PATH Enterprises Property Manager 1 - Osage (JR 5709)

• Manage occupancy processes including marketing vacancies, screening applicants, conducting resident interviews, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring compliance with housing eligibility requirements.
• Oversee daily resident access and occupancy activity, ensuring appropriate coordination, accurate documentation, and compliance with property policies, security procedures, and applicable program requirements.
• Directly supervise on-site staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and assistant manager positions; conduct interviews, assign and prioritize work, and oversee staff performance.
• Develop and implement disaster and emergency response plans for the property, including coordinating staff roles, communicating procedures to residents, and ensuring preparedness for safety incidents.

This role directly supports stable housing for vulnerable populations, helping to end homelessness by managing affordable and supportive housing properties that provide a positive living environment.

• Two (2) years of experience as a Property Manager at a multi-family housing property, preferably affordable or permanent supportive housing property.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and ethical boundaries.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, business, public administration, or related field.
• Experience with affordable housing compliance programs preferred.
