Community Affairs Coordinator (5755)

• Support the Associate Director in managing in-kind partnerships and programs to meet participant needs.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, stewardship, and scheduling for PATH programs.
• Manage food rescue operations, including partner coordination, volunteer onboarding, and weekly reporting.
• Conduct community outreach to build strategic partnerships and support fundraising efforts.

This role directly supports PATH's mission to end homelessness by mobilizing volunteers and in-kind resources, ensuring participants receive essential items and community support, and strengthening partnerships that enhance services.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• One year of experience in non-profit development, community outreach, or volunteer management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage.
