Regional Property Supervisor (JR 5653)

• Oversee overall operations of a portfolio of affordable and supportive housing properties, ensuring well-managed sites, financial goals met, and compliance satisfied.
• Provide supervision, resource information, and assistance to Resident Managers; perform property manager duties in their absence.
• Prepare annual budgets, long-range capital improvement plans, and monthly reports; ensure fiscal soundness and efficient property operations.
• Serve as liaison between property owners and PATH, attend meetings, and remain current on housing legislation and regulations.

This role ensures the effective management of affordable and supportive housing properties, directly contributing to stable housing for individuals experiencing homelessness and advancing PATH's mission to end homelessness.

• Five (5) years of experience in property management, business, finance, or a related field, preferably in a non-profit, government agency or private financial institution.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, urban planning or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively and proactively.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage.
