Director of Finance & Operations

• Design and build the end-to-end donation processing infrastructure for EFTC fundraising tracks.
• Become the internal expert on EFTC compliance, building documentation and reporting systems.
• Own financial flows from donated funds to scholarship disbursements with controls and audit trails.
• Build financial dashboards, internal controls, and manage the annual audit process.

This role ensures that every donation is processed accurately and every scholarship dollar flows correctly, directly enabling EducationSuperHighway to close the K-12 literacy gap by providing tutoring scholarships to first-grade students reading below grade level.

• 7+ years of experience in non-profit finance, donation operations, or financial management.
• Demonstrated experience building financial operations, controls, and compliance infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting, fund accounting, and donor acknowledgment requirements.
• Experience with donation processing platforms, payment systems, and financial reconciliation workflows.
