How to Apply for Engineering Manager, Data & Clinical Integration Teams
at Caremessage
🏢 About Caremessage
Caremessage is a remote-first health technology company focused on transforming clinical data into actionable insights that improve health outcomes. Their work directly impacts patient care by making EHR data trustworthy and query-ready, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted engineering and medallion architecture.
About This Role
This role leads the Clinical Integration and Data teams to build and scale data pipelines that convert raw EHR data into insights for measuring health outcomes. You'll own the technical strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Customer Success, and Compliance, while championing AI/ML integration to accelerate insight generation.
💡 A Day in the Life
You'll start your day with a standup across the Clinical Integration and Data teams, followed by reviewing pipeline performance metrics and addressing any blockers. Mid-day you'll meet with Product to align on roadmap priorities, then spend time mentoring engineers on technical design or AI/ML integration. The afternoon might involve a deep-dive on a new EHR integration challenge or a cross-functional sync with Compliance on data governance.
