Strategic Partnerships Director

• Own and scale CareMessage's partner ecosystem across the healthcare safety-net, managing partnerships that drive distribution, customer acquisition, expansion, and mission-aligned impact.
• Source, negotiate, and manage commercial partnerships including programmatic, platform, integration, and sponsored program partners to generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Operationalize the Partnerships Playbook with partner taxonomy, selection criteria, QBRs, scorecards, and sunset processes, ensuring cross-functional governance and decision rights.
• Use AI, automation, and CRM tools to scale partner operations, synthesize market intelligence, and produce executive-ready recommendations.

This role directly advances health equity for low-income populations by enabling safety-net organizations to reach more patients, close care gaps, and improve clinical outcomes through strategic partnerships that expand CareMessage's platform reach.

• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or related regulated markets in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development roles.
• Proven ability to drive measurable growth through partners, including partner-sourced pipeline, ARR, co-sell motions, and sponsored programs.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation experience across partner economics, revenue share, referral fees, and complex agreements.
• Experience managing the full partner lifecycle, building partner-sourced pipeline attribution, and using AI/automation to scale operations.
