Legal Consultant - Payments (Commercial)

• Deliver legal support for day-to-day commercial operations, including corporate and cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documentation.
• Provide support on strategic business initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Work closely with internal teams to anticipate and manage legal risk.

This role supports the legal infrastructure of a global fintech client, enabling efficient and compliant payment systems that drive financial inclusion and economic growth.

• Qualified lawyer with 4–8(+) years’ PQE, including inhouse/law firm experience in payments or fintech.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
