Mission
What you will drive
- Advise clients on domestic and international patent infringement matters and litigation strategy.
- Manage and respond to patent infringement claims, cease-and-desist letters, and licensing demands.
- Defend clients against assertions by non-practicing entities (NPEs) and other patent enforcement actions.
- Partner with outside counsel to develop litigation strategy, oversee case management, and control legal spend.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4–10+ years of experience in patent litigation or intellectual property litigation.
- Experience handling patent infringement disputes in federal courts, before the ITC, or in other forums.
- Strong experience responding to patent assertion entities (NPEs), cease-and-desist letters, and infringement allegations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law.
