Patent Litigation Counsel

• Advise clients on domestic and international patent infringement matters and litigation strategy.
• Manage and respond to patent infringement claims, cease-and-desist letters, and licensing demands.
• Defend clients against assertions by non-practicing entities (NPEs) and other patent enforcement actions.
• Partner with outside counsel to develop litigation strategy, oversee case management, and control legal spend.

This role helps protect and defend valuable patent portfolios, enabling innovation and ensuring that intellectual property rights are respected, which supports the growth and integrity of technology and manufacturing sectors.

• 4–10+ years of experience in patent litigation or intellectual property litigation.
• Experience handling patent infringement disputes in federal courts, before the ITC, or in other forums.
• Strong experience responding to patent assertion entities (NPEs), cease-and-desist letters, and infringement allegations.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law.
