IP Licensing Counsel

• Draft, review, and negotiate brand licensing, trademark licensing, collaboration, sponsorship, and commercial agreements.
• Advise business teams on licensing strategy, IP protection, and risk management.
• Support partnerships with major consumer brands, entertainment companies, sports organizations, and celebrities.
• Counsel stakeholders on trademark, copyright, branding, and advertising issues related to licensed products.

This role enables leading consumer brands to expand their reach through strategic licensing partnerships, fostering innovation and economic growth while protecting intellectual property rights.

• 6–15+ years of experience in commercial transactions, IP, or licensing law.
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating brand licensing agreements for retail, apparel, footwear, or CPG companies.
• Strong understanding of trademark licensing, brand protection, and IP rights.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law.
