Legal Operations Specialist

• Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping.
• Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation.
• Help clients vet potential CLM tools and implement AI tools within the legal team.
• Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes and improve contracting systems.

This role enables legal departments to operate more efficiently and effectively, leveraging AI and technology to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve access to legal services, thereby supporting the broader mission of making legal expertise more accessible and impactful.

• 8+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow.
• Familiarity with legal department KPIs and budget/spend management (e-billing).
• CLM implementation experience and AI experience.
• Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software; Ironclad preferred.
