Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and manage negotiation and execution of external client contracts, focusing on MSAs, SOWs, BAAs, NDAs, and RFPs.
- Provide strategic compliance advice on market access and pricing issues related to Medicaid and Medicare.
- Review, draft, and consult on various agreements including consulting, supply, distribution, and payer contracts.
- Act as legal advisor to marketing, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure advertising and promotional content compliance.

What makes you a great fit
- Extensive experience in healthcare contracting and vendor management, with emphasis on payer-side contract negotiation.
- Proven background in managed care, supply chain distribution, specialty pharma contracting, and federal/state pricing.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations including HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR.
- Licensed to practice law with at least 5-8 years of legal practice experience.
