What you will drive

  • Conduct and manage workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns, allegations of misconduct, fraud, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
  • Independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including witness interviews, evidence review, fact-finding, and report preparation.
  • Provide legal guidance on employment law, workplace compliance, and employee relations matters to clients across various industries.
  • Draft investigation plans, witness interview summaries, investigation reports, and other related documentation.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2–5 years of experience in employment law, workplace investigations, employee relations, or a related practice area.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace investigation practices.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, legal writing, and problem-solving skills.
