What you will drive
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns, allegations of misconduct, fraud, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
- Independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including witness interviews, evidence review, fact-finding, and report preparation.
- Provide legal guidance on employment law, workplace compliance, and employee relations matters.
- Draft investigation plans, witness interview summaries, investigation reports, and other related documentation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2–5 years of experience in employment law, workplace investigations, employee relations, or a related practice area.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace investigation practices.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, legal writing, and problem-solving skills.
