Junior Employment Investigations Attorney

• Conduct and manage workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns, allegations of misconduct, fraud, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
• Independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including witness interviews, evidence review, fact-finding, and report preparation.
• Provide legal guidance on employment law, workplace compliance, and employee relations matters.
• Draft investigation plans, witness interview summaries, investigation reports, and other related documentation.

This role helps organizations foster respectful workplace cultures, ensure compliance with employment laws, and address sensitive issues like harassment and discrimination, contributing to safer and more equitable work environments.

• 2–5 years of experience in employment law, workplace investigations, employee relations, or a related practice area.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace investigation practices.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, legal writing, and problem-solving skills.
