Mission
What you will drive
- Act as the primary technical owner for core stack (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Youtrack) and provide administrative support for departmental tools.
- Own the lifecycle of support requests, providing professional resolution for hardware and software issues across the global business.
- Manage endpoint security (SentinelOne), identity lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), and asset governance.
- Support strategic IT projects such as automating cross-platform migrations and deepening SSO integrations.
