IT Proposal Writer (Remote)

• Lead the development of complete, targeted, and compelling responses to RFPs in the technology space, articulating Altamont Group's value and winning new business across IT-related service lines.
• Coordinate with technical leads and subject matter experts to translate solutions into clear, compelling narrative.
• Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and on time, managing deadlines efficiently.

This role helps Altamont Group win new business that enables mission-driven advisory and impact investment services, driving positive change across government, enterprise, and non-profit sectors.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University; Master's preferred.
• Two or more years of experience responding to IT/technology-related RFPs.
• Technical background and experience across IT service areas (Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data Systems, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation).
• Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and planning skills.
