• Shape and drive long-term business strategies aligned with company vision, ensuring progress reviewed annually and clear 3-5 year growth goals.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, maintain accuracy within ±5% variance, and provide data-backed recommendations quarterly.
• Drive sales and profitability by achieving annual revenue and gross margin targets, and develop yearly operational plans.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, government bodies, and represent the company in industry platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience in the chemical industry and large multinational organizations strongly preferred.
• Experience with laws and financial reporting practices preferred; fluent in English.
