Digital Engineering Lead

• Provide independent BIM and digital engineering governance across a high-profile Defence program, conducting model audits, data validation, and supporting multi-discipline model federation.
• Act as a trusted Digital Engineering SME, advising project teams, design managers, and clients on best practice and technical solutions using platforms like Autodesk ACC, Revit, Revizto, ProjectWise, and SharePoint.
• Drive end-to-end digital information management from project planning through delivery and operations, ensuring data is structured and accessible.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Digital Engineering and Digital Systems specialists.

This role ensures high-quality digital information management for a large Defence program, supporting informed decision-making and efficient project delivery that contributes to national security and infrastructure resilience.

• Experienced digital engineering professional with strong BIM governance capability.
• Collaborative mindset and confidence to work independently across project teams.
• Proficiency in Autodesk ACC (Forma), Revit, Revizto, ProjectWise, and SharePoint.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
