Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely communication that reflects Apollo's brand and culture.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across a high-volume, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Maintain clean candidate data in Workday and support AI tooling development.

This role helps build the talent infrastructure and agentic capabilities that will define how Apollo recruits, develops, and deploys people, directly supporting the firm's AI transformation and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in a professional context.
• Strong written communication skills and exceptional organizational instincts.
• Experience with Workday or comparable ATS preferred.

Base salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus based on performance. Compensation ranges based on job function, level, and geographic location.
