International Consultant: Baseline Assessment on Ethical Recruitment and Employment Practices of Immigrants in Georgia

• Lead and coordinate a comprehensive baseline assessment on ethical recruitment and employment practices of immigrants in Georgia.
• Develop methodology, analyze legal frameworks, and assess current recruitment practices.
• Formulate evidence-based recommendations and a practical roadmap for strengthening ethical recruitment.

This role will directly contribute to protecting immigrant workers in Georgia by identifying gaps in ethical recruitment and employment practices, leading to improved policies, awareness, and capacity-building that promote fair treatment and reduce exploitation.

• Advanced university degree in migration studies, labour law, public policy, social sciences, human rights, development studies, or related field.
• Proven experience conducting research on labour migration, ethical recruitment, or migrant protection.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills; fluency in English required.

Remote consultancy with travel to Georgia. Duration: 20 working days over 3 months. Compensation details not specified.
