  • Conduct a comprehensive Safeguarding Gap and Needs Analysis across War Child Fundraising Member offices.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and strengths in current safeguarding arrangements and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assess governance, risk profile, training, partnerships, and legal compliance related to safeguarding.
