Consultancy for the Review and Revision of Financial Management Framework (FMF) Policies

• Review and map existing financial management framework policies to identify gaps and restrictive provisions.
• Draft revised policy recommendations that enable collaboration with social movements while ensuring compliance.
• Develop implementation guidance and conduct training sessions for staff on revised policies.

This consultancy will help ActionAid update its financial policies to be more enabling for partnerships with social movements, thereby strengthening grassroots-led change and ensuring resources reach those who need them most.

• Expertise in financial management, policy review, and development within international development or nonprofit contexts.
• Experience with partnership-oriented financing and working with social movements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
