Mission
What you will drive
- Work on social aspects of projects compliant with national regulations and international standards (World Bank, IFC, EBRD, Equator Principles), including socioeconomic baseline data collection, impact assessment, due diligence, and development of mitigation measures and social management plans.
- Provide support with writing project reports, conducting research and analysis, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct fieldwork activities approximately once per quarter and network with the social and human rights community within the organization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1-2 years of experience in a consulting company.
- Professional experience in providing social advisory services (social impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, human rights, social value creation, due diligence, resettlement, community health and safety) in line with national and international lender requirements.
- Experience with permitting efforts in France is preferred.
