Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the utility-scale solar and energy storage interconnection pipeline across the US, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to oversee interconnection studies and ensure compliance with tariffs.
- Develop transmission strategy, provide expert opinion on grid transmission topics, and represent the company at utilities/ISOs/RTOs to shape renewable energy policy.
- Support project development by evaluating interconnection study reports, performing due diligence, and providing guidance on risk mitigation and bidding strategies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's in Power Systems or MBA highly preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in renewable power system analysis or related fields.
- Generation Interconnection model development experience at a utility or RTO strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
