Indo-Pacific Programme Director

• Manage the overall programme, providing strategic guidance and overseeing implementation of all initiatives, activities, and projects
• Develop and strengthen working relationships and networks across Indo-Pacific countries
• Identify opportunities for programme expansion, partnerships, and regional impact
• Supervise and mentor Project Coordinators and research teams

This role advances sustainable peace and human rights by delivering justice for victims of conflict-related violence and supporting accountability mechanisms in the Indo-Pacific region.

• Master’s degree in international law, international relations, international security, peace and conflict studies, or related field
• Demonstrated commitment to peacebuilding, human rights, and the Platform’s mission
• Strong knowledge of political, legal, and security developments in the Indo-Pacific region
• Experience leading teams to deliver concrete outcomes

This is an unpaid senior leadership role ideal for gaining management experience and developing expertise within a non-governmental organization. Remote work with physical presence in the region required.
