Independent Consultant

As an Independent Consultant, you will:

• Conduct outreach to families in low-income communities through door-to-door canvassing and home assessments.
• Assess homes for energy-efficient measures and provide utility bill assistance information.
• Income-qualify new customers and obtain required documentation.

This role directly helps low-income families reduce energy costs and access utility assistance, contributing to energy equity and environmental sustainability.

Ideal candidates have:

• Experience in community outreach or customer service.
• Ability to work in specific Los Angeles County ZIP codes (San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley, East LA, Antelope Valley).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for door-to-door work.
