What you will drive
- Administer, configure, and optimize Workday, Lever, and other HR technology platforms.
- Coordinate Workday releases, testing activities, and deployment of new functionality.
- Leverage AI to improve processes and increase efficiencies.
- Manage Workday business processes, security roles, organizational structures, and system enhancements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS administration, reporting, and analytics experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience required.
- Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence Management, or Security.
