HEAD OF TOTAL REWARDS & GLOBAL MOBILITY

• Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise on reward frameworks, including job architecture, pay governance, benchmarking, benefits strategy, global mobility, and reward analytics across the Oxfam confederation.
• Lead the assessment and potential establishment of a Reward Shared Services function, and contribute to the design and setup of global reward approaches.
• Ensure reward systems are transparent, equitable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational values and financial constraints, while supporting the Total Rewards Project and its long-term evolution.

This role ensures that Oxfam's reward systems are fair, transparent, and sustainable, enabling the organization to attract and retain talent committed to fighting poverty and injustice worldwide, thereby strengthening its capacity to create positive change.

• Extensive experience in strategic reward management, including job architecture, pay governance, benchmarking, and benefits strategy in a complex, decentralized international organization.
• Expertise in global mobility frameworks, reward analytics, and managing compensation across diverse labor markets, regulatory environments, and currencies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple hubs, regional platforms, and country offices.
• Knowledge of equity and inclusion principles in reward design, and experience with Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements.
