Lead end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition for a rapidly scaling AI policy advocacy organization.
- Review applications, run first-round screens, and source candidates across multiple concurrent searches via job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Project manage all open searches to prevent stalls; coordinate interview scheduling and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Strengthen hiring processes through consistent screening questions, scorecards, and metrics tracking to reduce time-to-fill and improve pipeline quality.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation standards; draft job descriptions and maintain careers page and applicant tracking system.
- Requires 6+ years recruiting or talent experience, including director-level searches; proven ability to improve hiring processes already in motion.
