- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or learning and development
- Experience in technical training, service operations, or workforce capability development within industrial or energy environments
- Experience designing and delivering structured training programs across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, or blended learning)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in service, engineering, or project-based environments
