Head of Programmes

Core responsibilities:

• Lead Suvita's programme function to ensure effective delivery and scale of interventions reaching millions of children
• Manage programme delivery managers and field teams while supporting their professional development and coordination
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase programme efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Build scalable systems and processes that enable programme expansion while maintaining quality
