Head of People

• Build FAR.AI's People function, establishing systems and culture for scaling from 40 to 75 staff globally.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, developing sourcing strategies, employer brand, and recruiting top talent.
• Build people operations infrastructure including HRIS, payroll, compliance, and international employment systems.
• Develop performance management and compensation frameworks to attract and retain talent.
