Head of Operations

Build and scale operations infrastructure for a rapidly growing international AI safety research organization expanding from 10 to 20+ staff across Singapore, London, and remote locations.
- Lead review and upgrade of hiring, payroll, onboarding, expense management, and programme applicant systems handling up to 6,000 applicants per cohort.
- Establish organizational processes: goal-setting, project management, performance management, talent development, and benefits at appropriate maturity levels.
- Finalize UK entity incorporation and Charity Commission registration; establish Neo Research as separate company; secure visa sponsor licence and permanent offices in Singapore and London.
- Develop security best practices, support organizational rebrand, and translate strategy into employee policies and governance structures.
- Requires track record scaling organizations from early stage; multi-jurisdiction financial and legal fluency; people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
