- Set marketing strategy across multiple audiences and products, and steward the brand while leading a lean team.

- Senior B2B marketing leadership experience in a technical, regulated, or finance-adjacent space, with a track record of owning and scaling a large demand/pipeline number.
- Command over complex subject matter and strong, clear writing skills; ability to translate technical details into compelling content.
- Player-coach mentality: sets strategy and prioritizes for a lean team but also does critical work personally.
- AI expertise to multiply impact, and self-sufficiency with analytics (funnel, web, campaign data).
