What you will drive

  • Define and evolve Haven's go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, channel mix, and investment priorities.
  • Optimize and scale a multi-channel demand generation engine to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, owning external communications and PR.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to inform executive decision-making and improve marketing ROI.

What makes you a great fit

  • 8–12+ years of D2C marketing experience with prior ownership of company-wide marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on leader in a high-growth or resource-constrained environment.
  • Deep experience executing and optimizing campaigns directly, not solely through agencies or large teams.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a practical approach to attribution and ROI.
