What you will drive

  • Own the end-to-end client reporting framework across strategies, vehicles, and regions, establishing firmwide standards for content, delivery, controls, and governance.
  • Define and maintain a clear operating model spanning Product, Controllers, Operations, and Technology, clarifying ownership and escalation protocols.
  • Drive standardization and automation to reduce manual processes and operational risk, and lead rationalization of reporting tools and vendors.
  • Act as senior business owner for reporting platforms, partnering with Technology and Data teams to improve data quality and develop reporting-ready data models.

What makes you a great fit

  • 12+ years of experience in client reporting, fund operations, product management, or related functions within alternative asset management or complex financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of private markets reporting, including capital accounts, performance reporting, investor communications, and disclosures.
  • Demonstrated experience operating across Product, Finance, Controllers, and Technology teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes in a scaled organization.
