Head of Client Operations and Client Reporting

• Own the end-to-end client reporting framework across strategies, vehicles, and regions, establishing firmwide standards for content, delivery, controls, and governance.
• Define and maintain a clear operating model spanning Product, Controllers, Operations, and Technology, clarifying ownership and escalation protocols.
• Drive standardization and automation to reduce manual processes and operational risk, and lead rationalization of reporting tools and vendors.
• Act as senior business owner for reporting platforms, partnering with Technology and Data teams to improve data quality and develop reporting-ready data models.

This role ensures that Apollo's clients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting, fostering trust and transparency in the alternative asset management industry. By driving efficiency and scalability, the position supports Apollo's ability to deploy capital effectively, ultimately contributing to economic growth and retirement security for millions.

• 12+ years of experience in client reporting, fund operations, product management, or related functions within alternative asset management or complex financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of private markets reporting, including capital accounts, performance reporting, investor communications, and disclosures.
• Demonstrated experience operating across Product, Finance, Controllers, and Technology teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes in a scaled organization.
