Growth & Operations Project Manager

• Lead growth and operational development at Yasmeen Virtual School by improving work mechanisms, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting sustainability.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, and workflows to streamline operations across teams.
• Monitor growth indicators, analyze market needs, and propose initiatives to increase enrollment and improve student/parent experience.
• Coordinate with media, marketing, and other teams to support expansion and partnership development.

This role directly enhances the quality and reach of virtual education for underserved students, improving operational efficiency and student retention, thereby expanding access to quality learning.

• Practical experience in business development, project management, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities with a problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience in educational or digital education settings preferred.
