Mission

What you will drive

  • Coordinate the development and submission of grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and other funding requests.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of awarded grants from award through closeout, including monitoring deliverables, budgets, and reporting requirements.
  • Research, identify, and qualify new grant funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Maintain accurate grant and funder records in Salesforce and other systems, and compile fundraising reports for leadership and the Board.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of development and/or philanthropy experience in a nonprofit, educational, or public service environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving tangible fundraising outcomes in financial inclusion, racial justice, or related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technologically savvy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
