Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as primary liaison between the CEO, executive leadership team, and Winrock's Board of Directors, coordinating all aspects of board meetings and governance activities.
  • Support the CEO in prioritization of tasks, supervise executive operations, and lead special projects that advance strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate organizational effectiveness by managing all-staff meetings, executive team meetings, and tracking progress on strategic goals.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive experience supporting executive leaders and teams, including at least 2 years working directly with Boards of Directors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • International development experience highly desirable.
