GPG Insulation & Components APQP Leader

• Coordinate the development of Foundation APQP plan and lead related meetings, serving as main connection point between QMT, Factories, Global experts and R&D.
• Participate in Foundation FMEA workshops and support HUBs and Factories to use foundation APQP essentials for local products.
• Support R&D organization and ToT projects to ensure proper transfer of APQP essentials.
• Act as GPG I&C Plato Admin, train crossfunctional teams, and proactively identify technology novelties to drive updates in foundation APQP essentials.

This role ensures robust quality planning for insulation and components, contributing to reliable and sustainable energy solutions that support a cleaner energy future.

• Technical degree from University.
• 3-5 years of experience with APQP (preferably in industries like Automotive or Wind).
• Strong knowledge of APQP processes, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams; fluency in English.
