Mission
What you will drive
- Lead rapid multi-sector needs assessments in emergency contexts to ensure client voice in response design.
- Develop and implement MEAL systems, including monitoring plans, data collection tools, and accountability mechanisms.
- Provide technical leadership and capacity building to IRC and partner staff in MEAL concepts and practices.
- Support evidence-based decision-making and program adaptation through data analysis and reporting.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years of MEAL experience in humanitarian contexts, including leading rapid assessments.
- Proficiency in mobile data collection tools (Kobo, CommCare, ODK) and data analysis software (Excel, SPSS, STATA).
- Strong understanding of accountability mechanisms and client feedback systems.
- Excellent communication and training skills; fluency in English and French required.
