Global Head of R&D for Asset and Work Management

• Lead and manage the R&D Product Group, including Core and Innovation development leaders and the Quality Lead.
• Partner with Global Head of Product Management and Global Head of Services to deliver quality products.
• Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with the company's 2030 plan.
• Serve as technology point of contact for customer escalations and opportunities.

This role drives innovation in asset and work management solutions for utilities, rail, mining, and energy sectors, enabling more reliable and sustainable infrastructure.

• 10+ years of experience in product development leadership within Power Systems/Control Systems or related industries.
• Degree in Computer Science/Administration required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in large-scale, mission-critical, real-time Enterprise software systems.
• Strong background in R&D with leadership and management focus.
