Global Head of Large Load and Grid Transformation Research

• Define and drive the large load research agenda covering data centers, EV charging, grid interconnection, load flexibility, and virtual power plants.
• Lead modeling efforts for cost, revenue, and long-term load forecasts, ensuring methodology standardization across regional teams.
• Drive AI adoption across research teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and research quality.
• Take commercial ownership of large load intelligence research, aligning with customer needs and pursuing growth opportunities.

This role shapes the transformation of the energy grid by driving research on large load growth, data centers, and electrification, enabling a more sustainable and efficient power system.

• 10+ years of experience in the power industry, with at least three focused on data centers.
• Deep understanding of data center industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Experience executing commercial strategies across marketing, sales, product, or other teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
