What you will drive
- Develop and execute a fundraising strategy covering individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grant funding.
- Prospect, research, and approach potential donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Build a donor database and CRM from scratch, and write grant proposals.
- Cultivate donor relationships and create fundraising materials.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or related field within Nigerian nonprofit or development sector.
- Demonstrated ability to raise funds independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, organized, comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Commission-based role: 10% of all funds successfully raised. No fixed salary. Pre-approved expenses reimbursed. Formal review after Month 3 with potential for revised arrangement.
