Mission
What you will drive
- Research and identify grant opportunities, support proposal and donor-report drafting, and build MiR's donor database and fundraising pipeline.
- Conduct literature reviews and data collection on host communities or refugee wellbeing to strengthen evidence-based programming and proposals.
- Leverage university networks to recruit interns, advocates, and event partners, expanding MiR's presence in academic and student communities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong research and writing skills, with a background in international development, public policy, social sciences, or related fields depending on track.
- Genuine interest in MiR's mission and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with student societies, outreach, or event organizing is an advantage for the Global University Outreach track.
